I would 10/10 recommend Sit Means Sit Long Beach. I was given their contact through a friend who used Sit Means Sit about 8yrs ago and I’m so glad I reached out. Lisa -Marie and Candace were so good with our dog and very thorough in explaining everything. They responded to texts and were there to help us every step of the way. After only 1 session I saw a huge change in our pup. It made it really enjoyable to walk him daily. So thankful they have not only gave my dog the confidence but they also gave us as owners the confidence to handle him. I look forward to joining their pack walks and group sessions!

I thought our dog would forever be an inside dog due to her reactivity. I thought I’d never get to take a family walk with her because of her terrorizing others. We brought both of our pups, Zeus (21 months) and Eros (15 months), to train with Lisa and her team, and the experience has been nothing short of incredible. When we first met Lisa, we explained that Zeus had been our problem dog since about six months old. He showed aggression toward other dogs and people—including our vet, who would only see him if he was muzzled and harnessed. We had tried group training, worked with behavioral specialists, and used treat-based methods, all with limited success. After just three days with Lisa and her team, we saw a major shift in both dogs. Now, six weeks into using the Sit Means Sit methods, Zeus is confident, obedient, and shows no signs of aggression whatsoever. Both dogs are now a pleasure to walk—on and off leash—and are well-behaved at dog parks, beaches, and everywhere we take them. It’s truly been a transformation.
