I don't own a business or work for a corporate company, but I don't think it takes a genius to know one of the most important skills is communication. We had our evaluation meeting with Jimmy and he always seemed positive and that his training could help our dog. He never once made it seem like he wasn't going to be able to help us. Jimmy ghosted us once we made our decision to enroll in one of their training plans. Seriously, we were giving them business and he simply never responded to multiple phone calls, voicemails, and texts. How hard is it to say "Sorry, we don't think our training plan is a good fit with your dog"?? All I have to say is I am SO glad we ended up going with a different trainer. Your dog deserves someone who communicates honestly and consistently. You won't get that here.

It honestly took me a bit to even find the right words to describe my experience with Jimmy and Tessa. Saying they’re amazing seriously doesn’t even do them justice. From the very first time I met Jimmy for the evaluation, he worked his magic with my 3-year-old pitbull in like two minutes. I was literally shocked—I have no idea how he got my dog’s attention that fast. Every week was exciting because I couldn’t wait to see what my pup was going to learn next with Jimmy and Tessa. I also loved that Jimmy made everything easy to understand and actually fun, especially when explaining why we do certain things to help our dogs learn what we expect from them. On top of that, he never made me feel bad about how my dog was—he was super encouraging and made the whole experience really enjoyable. I highly recommend this place. THANK YOU Jimmy and Tessa—you guys are seriously the best of the best!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We cannot say enough amazing things about Sit Means Sit Dog Training! In just five short weeks, we saw an incredible transformation in our 2-year-old Blue Heeler, and it honestly exceeded all of our expectations. Before training, our heeler had tons of energy (as heelers do!) and could be stubborn, easily distracted and reactive. The trainers at Sit Means Sit were patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly consistent. They didn’t just train our dog but they trained us too, giving us clear tools and confidence to continue the progress at home. The results have been night and day. Our dog is calmer, more focused, and actually listens, even with distractions. Walks are enjoyable now, commands are solid, and the bond we have with our dog has grown so much stronger. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Sit Means Sit is worth every penny. Professional, effective, and truly life-changing for both dog and owner. We are beyond grateful and would recommend them to anyone looking for real results. 🐾👏
