The Day and Train Program is unique due to the fact that the dog is with us, learning the foundation of focus during the day and gets to sleep with you at night. I cannot say enough good things about Ernie and the amazing work he has done with my pup and I! I was so overwhelmed when I first adopted my dog and ever since starting with Sit Means Sit, I have felt so much pressure taken off because I feel like I’m not alone and always have support!! I truly would not recommend anyone else!! My dog is always SO happy to train with Ernie and even when seeing him around town he goes crazy with excitement! I think this says a lot about the type of trainer he is! : ) Don’t hesitate…book a consultation with Ernie!! You won’t regret it!!
Ernie did a great job with training Tiger. She is a 6 year old rescue and needed help with her manners. She’s learned to heel on walks, not react to other dogs, going to her bed on command and being more patient. I would definitely recommend Sit-means-sit for all your puppy training needs.

We are so impressed with Sit means Sit and had such a fantastic experience with them. Ernie is really the best! So personable and knowledgeable and worked hard with our dog Rhu. He was communicative with us every week and would spend time teaching us how to work with the new commands Rhu was learning after every session. He even took some very sweet photos to send to us on some of their days out and about together! I cannot recommend them enough. We will definitely be going to their group classes in the future now that training is complete!

Ernie came out from SiT MEANS SIT DOG TRAINING to work with my 5 mo. old puppy for the first time today and I have never seen such a remarkable trainer. Within the first 20 to 30 min. he had her trusting him and had her to sit, come, stay and get on your bed never taking her eyes off him. Most amazing thing I have ever seen all with a very calm loving voice. Never jerking her around or raising his voice most of this was done without a leash!!! I am 72 yrs old and have had dogs all my life so I have seen a few trainers and I could not ever recommend one that is this loving, gentle and truly a Dog Whisper Cynthia Spraker
