We want your dog to feel like Sit Means Sit is their home away from home! Our boarding facility offers 5,200 sq feet of indoor play areas, and 5,000 sq feet of fenced in outdoor space.
We are excited to be able to offer Dog Boarding and Daycare services at our Longmont training facility.Our 7,400 sq. ft training center is climate controlled and gives us the ability to take care of your dog while you’re at work or on vacation! To accompany our large indoor space we also have an extensive outdoor fenced-in area to provide space for fun activities and exercise.Our 4×6 foot walk-in kennels leave plenty of room for even our largest guest’s comfort. Our Daycare services will produce a tired, happy dog at the end of your long work day (or ski day!).If you would like more information, please call to set up a facility tour or to make your reservation.

What is your most popular training option?
Our most popular option is our Board and Train program. Your dog will stay with us for a set amount of time, where they will receive their own personal trainer. During their stay they will learn obedience, socialization, and confidence!

I have a 1 year old chihuahua how much would I have to pay and how much for the course?
There are a several different packages available. I would recommend setting up a free consultation. I can tell you though for us it was money very well spent. I think we paid $1200 or 1300 ish a few years ago. It included 4x90 min private lessons, training collar, training leash, place board and unlimited group classes for life. Because our pup was so young they actually did 7 or 8x45 min sessions. The owner Sandy and the other trainers genuinely care about doing what it takes to see you and your dog be successful.

Very rude. They talk down to you. Not worth 3 grand when they treat you like white trash. When asking for help they treat you like second graders. I would say go anywhere else other than this location. The staff and the owner are entitled and self centered. My dog also got kennel cough each time they were boarded. 2 separate times. Not a very clean environment in the staging area. If you can handle being treating like dirt- they did train my dog well and he is happy enjoying his skills, but they are not nice to humans. They much rather treat you like the dog they’re training too; than this is the place for you! Hope this helps! Also they say they don’t have records of you when they don’t want to take accountability for their actions! It was 6 years ago- with “lifetime” access to training and facility use. We will never go back to this location.

We tried three other trainers/training methods for our reactive, now nearly 3-year-old Whoodle before discovering Sandy and Carolyn of Sit Means Sit. At Sit Means Sit, Corbin has learned what is expected of him; how he should behave. Sit Means Sit has taught us to anticipate his reactive behavior and act before he reaches threshold. As a result, we have a happier (he wags his tail so much more now), calmer, and more obedient dog who allows squirrels, birds, and rabbits to pass through our yard without giving chase. He’s still a work in progress but we are thrilled with what Sandy and Carolyn have done for our family.
We had a wonderful experience with our training. Our dog is doing wonderful. The staff were very kind and good to work with.
Can't say enough good words about these guys. In one day they had my dog at attention and working with me. Their instructors are thoughtful, courteous and responsible. Highly recommend!!
