Hi, We’re sorry the conversation left you feeling unheard, especially while dealing with such a difficult and emotional situation. Our intention was not to dismiss your concerns, but to arrange an in person meeting immediately so we could give you and your dog the time and professional attention the situation deserves.<br><br>Every dog is different, and behavioral concerns, particularly fear and aggression, cannot be responsibly assessed over the phone or solely from an owner’s description. We need to personally observe the dog’s behavior, temperament, triggers, and responses before offering an honest professional opinion or recommending a training plan.<br><br>While some training companies may be difficult to reach or never meet clients personally, our passion for this work leads us to go above and beyond by meeting owners and evaluating their dogs firsthand. We would still welcome the opportunity to meet with you, listen to your concerns, and properly evaluate your dog in person.
