If someone inexperienced answers the phone they may not have the information you require. Be sure to ask for Dr. Stuart. She would be very helpful.

Thanks for the review. If you have any issues with the class please reach out to our experienced trainers for assistance. As a new student you may need some clarification about your dog's behavior or if you don't understand the lessons. We are always available to help you achieve your training goals for your dog. Remember your dog has to learn step by step and you do need to practice the lessons at home. We teach you to teach your dog so your participation and follow up with homework is vital. Please always feel free to ask if you have any questions or concerns.

Quitting class isn't the solution for training your dog. You are there to learn to train your own dog and we are there to help you. If you have a concern you are always welcome to come and speak to us. We have trained thousands of dog owners to train their dogs to become good canine citizens. You are encouraged to talk to us and find the solution to your issues.
