Todd has been absolutely amazing to work with. In such a short amount of time, he made a huge difference in our training with my girl Lulu. His knowledge, patience, and ability to understand dogs is honestly impressive!! Not only is he incredibly skilled at what he does, but he also has such a great personality that makes the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell he truly cares about the dogs and the families he works with. He explained everything clearly, gave us confidence, and the results have exceeded our expectations already. I’m so grateful we found him and would highly recommend Todd to anyone looking for a trainer who is professional, compassionate, and truly effective.

My family and I recently adopted a 3 month old Heeler mix and were desperately looking for guidance on how to best calm and comfort him. After filling out my simple request form, I was quickly contacted. Todd spent a lengthy amount of time on a phone call with me, answering all of the questions I had, and even ones I didn't realize I had!! He made scheduling extremely convenient and came to our home the next week. I was blown away by the amount of knowledge he shared and how gracefully his techniques worked on our pup! We've been able to use what we learned and have seen progress each day. We've quickly gone from questioning our decision to get a new pup to excited to see what a great dog he is becoming!

When I adopted Bella, I contacted four trainers. I spoke with Todd twice on the phone, discussing my observations about Bella, my concerns about her eating habits, and concerns that she would not be motivated by treats or toys. At the evaluation, Todd showed us how to groom Bella using treats indicating that Bella was indeed treat motivated. Bella also chased the "tools" (toys) that Todd brought for the evaluation after she ignored the ones that I bought for her😊. He suggested foods, treats, toys etc. He is the kind of trainer that I wish I had for my boys. Update: Since adopting Bella in 2023, she has faced some medical challenges, the most recent one being an epilepsy diagnosis. The vet suggested that we keep a log and told us how to keep Bella safe at home. Exercise wasn't mentioned. A different vet responded to my message stating that I should let Bella set the pace, which did not alleviate my concerns. The internet did not help. I have contacted Todd in the past with additional training or exercise questions, some of which stemmed directly from Bella's medical conditions. Feeling understandably overwhelmed but not wanting to unnecessarily restrict Bella's activities out of ignorance, I contacted Todd. As always, he responded quickly, this time with a comprehensive guideline that I can use to keep Bella safe at home and during exercise thus providing with me the direction I need to allow Bella to continue to enjoy life.
