Our little Copper attended the 2 week Board & Train program, where she learned obedience and how to properly interact with other animals. She also gained the confidence she so needed. It is very obvious that these trainers truly care about our pups and tailor their training to the dog's best interest. We felt Copper was definitely in good hands. Tracey and Rachel have been super patient, supportive and understanding, answering our constant questions and making sure we went home with all the right tools to continue Copper's positive progression toward the best dog she can be. We will definitely continue our training with these ladies for both our pups.

Only a positive experience! After several people telling me that Sequoyah K9 Academy was the best dog training/boarding place around I took it upon myself to make the drive and enroll my puppy in training classes. From the beginning it has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff members are friendly and understanding and have a arsenal of dog training knowledge. The staff are always able to explain technique and demonstrate the technique where my dog and I can quickly pick up. They have already proved to me that if I need them they'er only a call away (with respect to their busy schedule and hours). If you are looking for quality training with trainers who go above and beyond and who have a positive way with your dog look no further!

My 2 1/2 year old GSD, Doc, who I got from Sequoyah GSD, has a fear/aggression issue with other dogs. I have never been able to walk him on leash without being pulled and having constant tension. I took him to Rachel for our first training session and within 5 minutes of her showing me how to properly correct him I was able to walk him with slack in the leash!!! Then we actually got to where I was able to walk him in front of all of the GSD's in their runs without him reacting - it was AMAZING!!! I only wish that I lived closer and could take Doc there for training more frequently. I am SO thankful for Rachel and am looking forward to continue our training with her!! THANK YOU RACHEL!!
