Russell's K9 Academy

Hello... and, good evening! My name is Jim Campbell. My wife, KC and I have a one year old Doberman. His name is, "KOBE"! It was our great and wonderful pleasure in meeting Russell at K9 Academy. We enrolled Kobe in their 8 week "Boot Camp" training program. It was difficult leaving our Doberman (Puppy) at a time not knowing exactly what Russell's Boot Camp for dogs entailed. That being said; and, knowing some friends of ours that knew of Russell K9 Academy, we felt much better about our decision to extend such a training program for Kobe. The K9 Academy; and, in particularly Russell's many years of experience, we were confident we made the right decision for Kobe; and, for us too! The hardest thing my wife and I had to realize was that Kobe was going to be gone from us (our home) for 8 weeks. After getting over the initial shock, we were convinced that Russell K9 Academy training program was the right thing to do for Kobe; and to do for ourselves too. I share the above information with you primarily because my wife and I highly recommend Russell K9 Academy to train your dog, regardless of the size. If you are thinking of having your dog properly trained, then do yourself and your dog a favor; enroll your pet in a training program at Russell's K9 Academy. We can’t Thank Albert with Russell’s K9 Academy in Daytona Beach, FL enough. We sent our one-year-old Doberman Zeus to train with him from the end of June though the end of September while we were on holiday and WOW what a transformation. He went from a playful pup who was nearly impossible to recall when chasing after, cats, squirrels and pretty much any animal, car or person to an amazing dog who follows a vast number of commands. One of the greatest is Halt. He can stop on a dime with that and sits patiently waiting for his next command. One of the other things we are now able to enjoy is taking him on long walks, even in busy areas he follows commands and when you tell him Nope, he doesn’t even look at the other animals. We have even enjoyed walking him off the leash with only his e-collar, which he greatly enjoys as well. Zeus also enjoys showing off when you ask him to place on top of an elevated surface. Overall we couldn’t be happier with the results and are so happy we invested with Albert and are thankful for all the time he invested into Zeus who has become a great dog and friend.

Albert has saved our Cane Corso! If you want someone who cares, educates and looks out for your dog Mr. Albert is the only man for the job. My wife and I have had our boy since he was a puppy and sent him to a boot camp for basic training at another training facility. After the 6 week training we got him back he started to show some agressive behavior and resource guarding inside the home. Although great with my wife and I we were concerned as he was getting older and although would follow simple commands inside the home he would not listen or could be off leash outside the home. After looking and researching for specifically a trainer who was not scared to work with Zuko we found Mr Albert. Not only is he extremely knowledgable but his approach to training and teaching us about Alpha Pack mentality is life changing. After a evaluation Mr. Albert suggested a board and stay with him to teach new habits and work with Zuko. We wish we would have found him sooner. Today we have a different dog and a happier house hold. We are able to go on walks, trails, trips to crowded places and our boy stays right by our side and listens/trusts us. Mr Albert was so patient with zuko and loves him like he was one of his own. We have now established pack hierarchy in our house and Zuko has never been happier and neither have we. If you are unsure or looking for real results with your dog look no further because Mr. Albert is the man for the job! WOW! Words cannot describe how amazing Albert is! We got Sable 3 days before we found out we were expecting a baby and the anxiety of not having an obedient dog around a new born was high. Albert wiped every single fear away. Sable is a completely different pup from who she was the day she walked into Russels K9 academy to who she was when she walked out. Not only did the hard work, dedication and consistency show in sable, but Albert’s professionalism through out the entire process was amazing. He was thorough and taught us how to continue to teach her when she entered back into our home and educated us so much on the breed as well. We are thankful for this k9 academy and we also made a friend for life! Thanks so much, Albert!

Called on the phone to get a little information on possibility bringing my dogs for training, and the gentleman just did not seem too interested in my business, answered the phone very short and when I asked questions he just referred me to website. In my opinion when you have a customer on the phone this is the time to make them feel comfortable and secure with bringing there pets to you.. not saying you do a bad job you might be the best trainer but your personal skills need a little attention.
