Ruff Rules

We had a great experience with Jenna and Ruff Rules! Communication was excellent leading up to our 3-week board and train and even better during the training. Jenna provided daily updates and videos that helped us learn how to continue training Brady once he got home. The mid-training meet up was valuable, as was the post-training meet up. Jenna was an excellent trainer and took great care of Brady. We highly recommend Ruff Rules!

We interviewed with several Trainers from different organizations and chose Ruff Rules, EVA, to train our 6 month- 82.6lb doberman puppy for reasons paramount to us: 1) dog stays in house with the Trainer 2) travels on field trips with the Trainer 3) training techniques are simple for pet parent(s) to learn and continue 4) no harsh training performed 5) training video's of your dog in action sent often; this is a GREAT tool for us to reflect back to so we may contiunue the same training at home. Although our pupply is a giant we felt comfortable with EVA becasue of her bio indicating she spends time at the stables with/riding "HORSES". We felt if she can manage a horse she can manage our guy. EVA possess tenacity which is key for what our guy needed. EVA described our pup as spicy, drama, pushy, whiney, and wants his own way. RIGHT ON EVA! All traits we experienced but could not break in the 5 months we had him. EVA did the trick in 3 weeks, KUDOS EVA! AXL is now extremely well BEHAVED, HAPPY and TRIANED to please. We found Ruff Rules from neighbors and contacted them for training of our three month old German short hair pointer Willow. We dealt with Eva and Sydney and they were both incredible. Sydney is the one who came to the house for the two week in-home training sessions with Willow and it made all the difference in the world and we are enrolling Willow in the E collar training when she is of age and ready to roll with that training and can’t wait. Definitely worth everything. Highly recommend Ruff Rules for your pup.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly Life-Changing – Thank You Ruff Rules! Gracie was a complete handful before Ruff Rules. She barked, bit, ran from me, attacked my senior dog, ate everything in sight (even bird poop and a dead baby bird 🤢), and wouldn’t even let me leash her without a chase. I had to bribe her just to get in her kennel. I was overwhelmed. I was nervous about leaving her for 2.5 weeks, but Jenna immediately put me at ease. She sent me daily photos and videos (except Sundays, which I completely respect!). Her updates were detailed, and her guidance helped me feel confident about continuing the training at home. Now? Gracie is a dream. No more biting, barking, or chasing. She listens to commands, calmly goes in her kennel, and coexists peacefully with my senior dog. She doesn’t eat random things anymore and actually enjoys following direction. I never thought I’d see this day. Jenna is incredible—patient, professional, and clearly passionate. Ruff Rules changed our life, and I’d recommend this program to any dog owner struggling with behavior issues. Five stars isn’t enough!

We sent our great pyranees mix to be trained with Eva from Ruff Rules and the experience was amazing! She updated us with photos and videos every single day to show the advances she was making and to keep us informed of what they were doing…they take the dogs on real life field trips and put them in tons of situations so by the time your pup comes home, they know how to act in all different kinds of situations! Couldn’t recommend this company enough!
