Ruff Rules

We had a great experience with Jenna at Ruff Rules and their 17-day Board & Train program for Buddy! We mainly wanted to work on his barking, counter surfing, stealing shoes and toys, and his overall manners and walking skills. We’ve already seen such a big difference in his behavior! Jenna was amazing and kept us updated every day with pictures and videos of Buddy’s progress. We met halfway through the program so she could teach us what they were working on, and at the end she came to our house to reinforce everything in our own environment. We’ve already noticed some major changes and are excited to keep building on everything we've learned. We also love that Ruff Rules offers continued support after the program, so we can reach out with questions along the way. We’re so happy with Buddy’s progress and would absolutely recommend Jenna!

I cannot recommend them highly enough! The difference in our dog has been incredible. From the very beginning, the trainers were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and clearly have a genuine understanding and love for dogs The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and the results speak for themselves. If you are looking for a dog trainer who truly knows what they are doing and genuinely cares about both the dog and the family, this is the place. Five stars and absolutely worth it!

I cannot say enough about Keely as a trainer and as a person! She is an extremely talented and dedicated trainer. I knew if anyone could figure out my pup, it was her. Before working with Keely, my pup, Griffin, had worked with multiple trainers and a veterinary behaviorist. Everyone approached his training like he was a typical dog with obedience issues. Our issue wasn't obedience but extreme reactivity and he had five and a half years of practicing his reactivity. I was becoming doubtful he would ever be a take everywhere kind of dog. Keely became our last hope for him having a life outside our home and neighborhood. That's why we drove all the way from Colorado for him to work with her. I knew she would work tirelessly to figure out his needs and she did!!! He didn't need more obedience, but more freedom! Griff has been home for over a month now and I can say he is living his best life! We have gone on hikes, to breweries, farmers markets, etc. and he has been doing amazing! Keely left us with a great foundation that we continue to build on. We are thankful for her and what she has done for Griff and our family. She's also a gem of a human and would do anything in her power to support you! 10/10 recommend Keely and Ruff Rules!

We had an awesome experience with Ruff Rules, especially our trainer, Jenna! We enrolled our dog, Ollie, in the 3 week board and train program to work on his separation anxiety, independence, confidence, and leash skills. From Day 1, Jenna made us feel like he was in the best hands. She built such a special bond with Ollie and kept us updated every single day with messages and videos. It honestly felt like we were right there with him throughout the whole process. She was always patient, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure we understood how to continue his training at home. The hands-on training sessions before Ollie came home were incredibly helpful. What really sets Ruff Rules apart is that the support doesn’t end after graduation. Jenna and Keely have continued to answer our questions and offer helpful tips whenever we’ve needed them. We know training is an ongoing journey, but thanks to them, we feel confident that we have the tools to help Ollie continue to grow. We’re so grateful to Jenna, Keely, and the entire Ruff Rules team. If you’re looking for trainers who truly care about your dog and your family’s success, we can’t recommend them enough!
