Does R&R do dog grooming?
Hi Linda, we do not offer grooming services. We offer dog boarding and different training programs for all breeds, behavior issues and needs. Thanks for asking!

What time usually in the evenings? Where in carlton county? How do we start.
Lynn, our weekday hours are 7am-7pm. On weekends our hours are 7-10am and 107pm. We have two locations, one in Carlton (1809 Sheils Rd, Carlton MN) and the second one in Sturgeon Lake (86969 Military Rd, Sturgeon Lake). We offer boarding and training in both locations. From Robin greeting us in the mornings and pickups with Dannaka in afternoons, everything ran smoothly (picking up 3 excitable yappers can be daunting 😊). What a great facility and location! Trainers always seem to be out walking and working with pups. If we were ever to reside in the Carlton area on part time basis (truly beautiful place), we'd most definitely put our pups with RR for daycare and training with out hesitation.
..ps: Our pups have been to daycare facilities throughout the western states (at least 25+) and RR rates in the top! Highly recommend RR!

What a worthwhile experience for our family! 6 weeks of boarding training with Tony and Kozmo is even more of a delight to share a home with. Responsive to commands, able to control his impulses and has a solid recall (we thought it was out of reach!). Koz loves returning for training sessions and us humans have gotten good teaching and coaching to help our pup’s learning stick. Having the experience of this team has been irreplaceable— we’d repeat in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

We met with the trainer this evening so she could show us William's progress/where he's at/how to replicate the training that's been given/etc. (Like an active parent teacher conference basically). I hadn't seen my dog in awhile and was feeling like he was sad and all the things.. but after watching him and meeting with her, it brought me so much happiness and comfort. Point is, knowing your dog is in good hands and getting the training & stimulation that they need, ends up feeling really good for both dog and parent. I am so so proud of William! It was seriously mind blowing to see the progress he had made.
RR is very fortunate to have Faith as a trainer. I found her to be naturally talented, intelligent, hard working, and kind-hearted. There's professional trainers for a reason and while I'm certain all of their trainers are as such, I highly recommend her.

I have had three dogs go through kennel training with these guys and gals and I appreciate the care and outcome of my pups when they come home fully obedient with the ability to be recalled. I am always impressed with each pup that comes home. Worth every penny.
