After spending an unreasonable amount on another trainer in the area and being really disappointed, we found Julie and Val and are so thankful! The curriculum is so well thought out and well executed. We loved the opportunity to build our bond with our dog and we learned so much. They have truly changed our lives!

Unbelievably satisfied that we chose Rocky Mountain Dog Training for our puppy Beans.
Julie and Val went way above and beyond expectations. Every week they were happy to address extra questions and provide guidance for unique scenarios for each dog. They were great at teaching techniques and what I really loved was their explanation of the theory behind the exercises we worked on.
The facilities are spotless despite hundreds of dogs constantly running around the building. The room set up was perfect. The dividers allowed dogs to focus on the task at hand and gradually work up to focusing with more distractions.
They provided take-home packets that we'll be referencing for years. One week they shared a youtube video link to help with homework, and my only wish is that they would provide more video content, but we definitely are fully equipped to successfully train our pup!
If we ever get another puppy we will definitely be returning, and we're excited to try out other classes provided by Rocky Mountain Dog Training!

Julie and Val are fabulous and do a great job of equipping the owners with positive techniques to work with the dogs in a way that makes sense for everyone. We learned so much and feel better about how to train our new fur baby Roo!!
