Rocky Mountain Dog Training

We would absolutely recommend Rocky Mountain Dog training to anyone. Our puppy Dug did 10 weeks in the Ultimate Puppy Training program. We started off with the standard four week enrollment period after receiving high recommendations from our Vet and quickly realized how valuable the training, socialization, and play skills were for our puppy. Not only that but Christine and Corinne were extremely knowledgeable and skilled with dogs. Our 1:1 trainings really helped drive home the skills we needed with training at home and Christine really listened to any issues or concerns that we were experiencing and tailoring Dug’s training to fit those. I’m not sure we would’ve made it through the first few weeks with our puppy if it wasn’t for them. We look forward to enrolling in future training classes at Rocky Mountain Dog Training!

Our puppy Birdie was very shy especially with other dogs at first but you wouldn't know that if you met her now. She is the first to say hello to everyone! We started her in puppy socialization day school. It was incredible to see her progress even just in the first few days and how much she’s blossomed into the excited uber happy adventurous gal she is now! It was clear she LOVES going to school so much that we put her into Ultimate puppy the next week. Christine has been an amazing trainer to work with. Birdie would get so excited to see her every morning and our training sessions show how clearly Birdie loves to learn and has been set up to want to show off what she knows and learn more! Ultimate was totally the best decision! Many people have complimented how well behaved she is in patio settings, walking, and being out and about, especially for a puppy! Every staff member we’ve met, Christine, Corinne, both Julies, has been so nice and clearly care for each and every individual puppy. Every pup we met clearly loves school! I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to give their pup the best!

Christine was fabulous to work with for the Ultimate Puppy Training package. It was a wonderfully well rounded program preparing puppies with practical skills for the real world. Every day I was able to ask questions at pick up, drop off and during the private sessions. My dog gained so much confidence through the various activities in school and plays so well with other dogs. Initially, my puppy was often shy and scared during walks - rather than the typical pulling - he was unable to get momentum most times. Christine customized the program to his needs and personality. This school is all positive, consent based training, which is a great foundation for a young dog. I don't think I could have done this without the team at Rocky Mountain Dog Trailing. Seriously, it takes so much time, knowledge and patience to get these results on your own and it's a worthwhile investment. I am considering the level 2 class in a couple of months to keep the momentum going!

I had a great experience with Rocky Mountain Dog Training and would highly recommend their classes. I did the Basic Manners for Adult Dogs class. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job breaking everything down into clear, step-by-step instructions. They also demonstrated techniques in real time using the dogs in class, which made it much easier to understand and apply the training at home. One of the things that really stood out was how thorough the program was. Each week, we received very detailed lesson packets, along with emailed video links that reviewed what was covered in class and guided us through the homework exercises. This made it easy to practice between sessions. Overall, this was a well-organized, supportive, and highly effective training experience. My dog loved it and I learned a lot. I would absolutely recommend Rocky Mountain Dog Training!!
