Ridgeside helped Willow overcome her reactivity towards other dogs and men. I'm so thankful for the dedication put into her training, the constant communication, and the thorough education for me as her handler in how to walk and train her even after she leaves board and train. They walk you through how to utilize the tools provided to enforce training and commands. Now I can walk her in crowds, public areas, and parks without her lunging and parking at dogs/people. Highly recommend!

We had our 1 year old lab go in for 4 week training. She was a hot mess when we sent her and we're hoping for some better obedience training for when we brought our newborn home. Jordan was her trainer and he did a really great job! We got weekly updates getting to see her progress and Jordan was very thorough on how to keep her on track once she got home. You can tell he loves dogs and really loves what he does. My dog got sick while there, but we knew there was a chance of that when we signed her up for training. They were upfront and communicated with us about her treatment, and seem to care about her well being even with her being home! It's only been 24 hours home, but she shows a world of difference. Her recall and commands are amazing and she is thriving even not being 100% better. She's like a different dog! I would recommend doing training with Jordan and Ridgeside! We are very pleased with our dog's training.
