My puppy Hazel was with Rob for the puppy all inclusive program and it was an absolute game-changer. Before, I was trying my best with training and I thought we were doing okay for her age, but when she came back from being with Rob I had no idea a puppy at 5 months could be so well-behaved! The first part of the training, she learned "place," how to walk nicely on the leash, and practiced with real-life situations such as not getting into the dishwasher. The second part of the training was focused more on recall and learning the e-collar, which has been a great tool for helping communicate with her and lets me give her a lot more freedom. Now at 7 months, she still has all of her personality, but is remarkably well-behaved in a variety of settings. I am able to walk her in the city without her pulling on the leash, jumping up on people, or pulling to get to other dogs. She can come with me to a brewery or a coffee shop and she just sits and chills. She doesn't treat furniture as a jungle gym and understands that when we are inside the house, it's not the time to go insane. I feel very equipped with the tools and knowledge to help her progress even further. Rob is a great trainer. He kept me updated on her progress with videos, worked with her on the things that I said were still problematic (vaccum cleaner, for example), and when he brought her back to me, spent a lot of time going through how I can keep up the progress. Hazel loves Rob and was so excited to see him when he came to get her for round 2 of the training. I now feel like I have a much clearer understanding of how to communicate effectively with my puppy. I routinely get compliments while in public on how well-behaved she is, and I feel like with these foundational skills, she is set up so well as she grows into an adult dog. I highly recommend the puppy program and Ridgeside. My neighbors even sent their dog as well after hearing about it from me!

Daisy was with Wynn for a 2 week board and train in July. Prior to her training, she had zero recall, crate anxiety, and was jumping up at our counters. She had a tough transition period, but fast forward to today, she is still the same loving goofball that can now walk off leash, sleeps in her crate and her place work is so much better! We are so grateful for Wynn and the continued advice and guidance he offers when we need it! Thanks!

Trent helped us so much with our 7 month old golden retriever. After he came back from board and train it finally felt like we had a way to communicate with him to set boundaries that he actually understood. Now he gets so much more off leash freedom and opportunities to just be a dog!
