Red Star Kennel

I can't say enough good things about Red Star. We brought one of our poodles to their 4 week boot camp, and man what a difference it made! All of our concerns with barking, nipping, leash walking, being nervous around other dogs, and jumping were completely gone. Not to mention he was now super attentive and would always listen to what we'd say. We've brought our new poodle puppy for a few lessons (to make sure we don't goof up again), and we wish we had started our other earlier with them. Both Mark and Irina are incredibly professional and make our dogs do things we didn't think possible. Mark loves poodles, so we always spend some extra time chatting with him! If we had to (which we won't now), I would not hesitate to use their boot camp services again. Their private lessons are the best we've found in the area, and we'll be using them for years to come!

We have had all great experiences with Irina and her staff at Red Star Kennel. We have brought our rescue dog Jax there for obedience training as well as several times for boarding and have always felt/known he was cared for and safe just as he would be in our home. Everyone there TRULY cares for the well being of your fur baby. Irina is always very helpful and willing to give advice if needed with your dogs behavior. She is full of knowledge and I really appreciate all the help she has given us with Jax. Another plus is the huge land space the pups get to run around on. They get lots of space to play and tire themselves out!
