She and Jake have since assisted us with all of our girls on a variety of goals and behavior modification endeavors. I have become a better guardian with their guidance; they make reward-based behavior modification digestible (and fun!), explain and answer questions insightfully, and are amazing at supporting their clients. I have a habit of adopting quirky dogs so they'll be stuck with us for a looooong time!

Louise is absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgeable and truly understands the challenges of working with reactive dogs. She does an excellent job making a difficult situation less stressful with her easy personality and effective techniques. She is kind, understanding and non judgmental - something that is very much appreciated as dog training is often more about training the human than the dog. I've worked with other trainers and Louise has been the most helpful by far. After doing two classes, my fearful & reactive husky has gained confidence & an overall better quality of life. We still have work to do but I am overjoyed with our progress. I look forward to working with Louise in the future.
