About Real Life K9
We train pets and working dogs here. We are a family of dog trainers, led by Jody Johnson, certified and licensed trainer. Your dog lives with us during most training programs we offer. We also offer private session packages. We work with all breeds to solve obedience and behavioral issues. We also offer training and sales of executive protection dogs, as well as service dogs. In addition, we train scent detection and tracking dogs. One of our stand-out benefits is we spend the time to teach you how to maintain the training and even further it. We work for you!

I have used Real Life K9 since January of 2024, for multiple stents of training for my Service Dog and now for my other pups. The names describes them best, the training they gave our pups has increased our quality of day to day life. They are great trainers and great people. Rose always treats us and our pups with respect and not only trains the pups but trains us to be better handlers for our dogs as well. I can not recommend them enough. If you are considering making the investment to get your dogs trained by Real Life K9, please do so you will not regret it.

They pour themselves into your pup so when you get them home you can truly enjoy them. Also, they are excellent with communication! When we got home I had a few concerns. I reached out to Rose and she always got back with me very quickly. They sincerely care about you and your dog and want you to have the best experience, even after you’ve taken your dog home. If you have been looking for someone to train your dog, these are the people you need! I can’t say enough good about them!

I had a fantastic experience with Real Life K9 dog training! They are patient, knowledgeable, and truly understand how to work with each dog’s specific needs. I saw a huge improvement in behavior after completing the off-leash training course. They’ve also graciously helped with boarding Lola while I’ve been away for work, which is an added bonus for extra training time! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and effective dog training.
Real Life K9 was an awesome experience for my sweet Bella . They are very attentive and patient and definitely know what they are doing with . I can not thank Rose and Jodi and their great crew . They kept me up dated on Bella progress with encouraging notes and pictures throughout her 3 week training. I would highly recommend Real Life K9.!!
