Rainbow Service Dogs (RSD) has been a bright spot in my life since joining the program. Kelley (the owner) and Elijah (a trainer) have done an excellent job getting my dog trained. I began by doing a board train for two months and have since gone to weekly sessions. Every time I attend a training session (solo or group), I leave more impressed with RSD, knowing my dog has learned additional skills that will help me. In addition to the training, I have enjoyed being part of a group that feels like family. If you're looking for trainers with exceptional knowledge on training dogs, service or not, look no further!

ETA: I've reviewed the owner's response to my review and can post pictures and text messages. Kelley, we worked with you and Jamie. I'm glad that there are others who had a better experience than we did. Unfortunately, our experience was very bad. My husband took his dog there for service dog training for anxiety/PTSD/hearing loss. The classes were so chaotic and disorganized, directions were barely given and when they were it wasn't clear, and he couldn't hear a thing. We even hosted the class in our home a few times so that we had air conditioning because it was being held in a garage and everyone was absolutely miserable. We also had an agreed-upon price, and the owners tried to keep increasing it all the time. When we quit and told them we were not going to continue training with them anymore, they tried to say that we didn't pay and owed them money. I hope that things have improved - better organization, structure, and business management.

i work with kelley, kelley is my adopted tia she helps me through my toughest times n shes always here 4 me i never felt so much better while working with these dogs. we work really well with our dogs and our clients we love our people n dogs, i love seeing people with their dogs i love everyone that i work with, everything abt this program is amazing. i learned alot while training these wonderful service dogs! <3 kelley u see this js know how amazing u r - alex

I recently applied to several programs and by far the director was amazing. She took me step by step through all the processes needed to apply. I asked her about what she thought about other service dogs companies as I asked each of the others and she was the only one who stated that I should research each and make my own opinion. She stated that some programs work better for some people and that it really depends a lot on personality and I agree with that. I was invited to meet some of her clients and the stories I heard about how she has gone above and beyond for so many is amazing. Their motto seems to truly fit with their program. She was even honest about having some people that had now been happy with the program but I feel in like those that aren’t happy with such a program are often miserable in their own lives and really seek out to destroy others live only to make themselves feel better. We will be working with Rainbow Service Dogs for two of our children. Looking forward to the classes and meeting the many people she works with
