Rainbow Service Dogs, Inc

Rainbow Service Dogs (RSD) is an excellent organization. There has never been a time that Kelly's training instructions have not paid off. If you stay consistent, if you keep up, you will make progress. *I highly suggest recieving a puppy through the RSD program if you can. The handling of these puppies and conditioning is truly unmatched- just another step that RSD takes to set their service dogs and handler's up for success. Training requires work and effort, but every roadblock that i've faced in training my service dog has been met with solutions from Kelly. I feel like she sets people up as best as possible to work with their dog. I've been held accountable and responsible for my dog's behavior, because I am. But I never felt like I was attacked or berated for working through challenges with my dog. RSD works with a large variety of financial situations. They are also very forgiving when it comes to class absences, which I have found extremely helpful as a disabled individual. I feel like there is nothing I cannot ask help with and I find the outtings extremely useful to not only assess training progress, but also to train in different enviornments (especially around other dogs). Kelly has shown extreme empathy and compassion for the dogs in their programs and their handlers.

Now that I am actually working with experienced people. I would like to share my experience with rainbow service dog inc. I was awarded an American warriors initiative Grant, rainbow service dog was the chosen trainers. Kelly is absolutely not qualified to be doing what she's doing.. we sat in her living room with her dogs on one side of a gate and my honey on the other side while Kelly proceeded to throw treats all over the floor and when honey would growl or react she would make this really loud annoying noise. We never did any actual training yet she took $4,000 for payment.. yes when this all happened I was in dire straits and Kelly did loan me $1,000 that was paid back immediately.. she did absolutely nothing to help train my dog.. I highly do not recommend using these people to train your dog.. while at the VA one day I was talking to a couple that are certified in training service animals. They expressed to me how they had been called upon to retrain dogs that had been through training at rainbow service dog..

My dog, Winston, has been training with Rainbow Service Dogs since he was 3 months old and he'll be 3 years old this summer. I've appreciated the one-on-one training and how well Kelley has shown me ways to continue his training outside of our weekly classes. Winston is a blue heeler, which is an energetic breed, but thanks to Kelley I can confidently have him work as my service animal in any public setting. He accompanies me to work and on international trips as well. Thank you
