We are a balanced professional training company. This means we start with positive reinforcement (treats) and progress with the least amount of pressure to achieve the desired response. Because we train all dogs from brand new puppies all the way up to full grown dogs with aggression-there are instances where E-collars are not only appropriate but a needed tool for communication. Our end goal is always healthy communication and safely reconnecting pups with their families.

I would recommend this over and over again Felicia you are the best. Without Felicia and K9 concepts. I wouldn’t be able to keep my dog he was on the verge of being homeless placed in the shelter because I didn’t know what else to do. He didn’t listen he wouldn’t come. He wouldn’t walk on a leash he was my little demon dog. Or else I would say psycho pup but all of that has change, he lays he obeys he walks we take long walks thank you, Felicia thank you for giving me a dog that I can love on and enjoy for the rest of my life

Our Australian Cattle Dog, Luna did the puppy board & train w/ Carolyn. When I say she is a miracle worker I mean it. We were at our whit's end w/ her & she returned to us a well trained & well mannered puppy. We get so many compliments on her & we couldn't be more happy with the training we received from Carolyn specifically. Highly recommend her.
