Our 4 year old lab, Porkchop just finished a 4 week board and train with Isaac. His communication throughout the training was prompt and informative, while sharing pictures and videos of Porkchops progress. He provided us with the same tools he used throughout the training with videos on how to continue use at home. Porkchop has been home for 2 days now and we cannot thank Isaac and his family enough, you have not only improved Porkchops life but ours as well. Thank you!

Advance Adult Board and Train 8 month old Pitbull Terrier My husband and I rescued an abandoned and injured 4wk old puppy. We intended to nurse her to good health and then find her furever home. Taking care of my elderly parent full time, having a young child and even younger grandchildren in our home I didn’t feel the timing was right to keep the puppy as I don’t have the time to dedicate towards training her. However, our child fell in love with her and we welcomed her into our family. Due to our delicate family members and negative connotations towards her breed, we felt it is extremely important to have our puppy professionally trained. In the meantime, she was taught basic commands, yet over time she started to ignore them. I feel she became unpredictable because she ignored basic commands, she loved to play bite, liked to pounce on you or lunge at you, didn’t know how to turn off playing, was overly excited all the time and just wild acting, which led to her being crated more than I care to. Our little one grew scared of her due to being scratched from jumping and we knew it was time. During my research, I came across Quality K9 Concepts online and I remembered the owner was a former Police Officer where I live now, but I grew up in the city he started his company in and I have watched his company grow, grow and grow over 15 years. My husband is a Navy Veteran and with the owner being an Army Veteran and all the work him and his company do with Veterans, Quality K9 Concepts was the only option. Everything kept leading me back to QK9C. Felicia was our K9 handler for Board and Training, and she is absolutely the BEST. Our experience has been amazing from start to.. I would say finish but there’s no end date, as she has made a life long friend in us. Before our start date, Felicia, allowed us to come to her home for a meet and greet and a tour of where she would be boarding and training our pup. A video update the day after the start date, immediate results! Over the 4wks Felicia was training our puppy, I received daily progress updates (some with photos and videos) and we met with Felicia a few times for hands on training. Felicia educated us on the stimulating collar, animal safety such as heat exposure, dog parks, and puppy paw pad safety (already knew, but) it’s refreshing to see and hear Felicia loves our canines enough to make sure we are informed. We really appreciated Felicia’s training wasn’t based from treats. Felicia’s love for dogs truly speaks for itself. I’m convinced she can speak to dogs, lol. What she was able to do in a matter of hours on the first day, I couldn’t do with months. Felicia’s personality is amazing, she’s a great listener and was able to train our puppy that is best suited for our family. We will furever be indebted to Felicia. Now, our puppy is involved with almost everything we do and no longer is crated. We plan on adding more pups to the family in the near future and plan on having Felicia board and train all of them! 10/10, I highly recommend Quality K9 Concepts and K9 Trainer Felicia.

We sent our dog Sam to the four week board and train with Isaac. From start to finish, Isaac was very communicative on everything regarding Sam's progress. Once he graduated, he kindly brought Sam home and showed us everything he had learned and how to complete all the commands. I highly recommended Quality K9 Concepts and Isaac if you are wanting the best training possible for your dog. Thanks guys!

We were lucky to find a trainer that was willing and able to work with our Cooper. The time CJ spent on the front end, listening to our concerns and getting to know Coop in his environment before going on a five week board and train. CJ did great with Cooper and with all my questions. We received regular updates and progress videos and pics and we are so pleased with how far Cooper has come in such a short time. When cooper came home, CJ spent significant time reviewing with the entire family Cooper”s progress and what we needed to do to continue working Coop to be a better dog. CJ was so patient with our never-ending questions and took extra time with our girls to make sure they were comfortable, knowing they spend a lot of time during the day with Cooper. Last night was the first ever that Cooper went out in the middle of a thunderstorm and went to bathroom Versus hiding under a bed somewhere, trembling. I am so thankful for Quality K9 Concepts and for CJ. Looking forward to continued partnership as we build a better Cooper. Highly recommend.
