Purely Positive Dog Training

Awesome experience with Purely Positive Dog Training from start to package completion! We hadn't had a puppy in the house for nearly 20 years when we recently adopted. We quickly realized our skills were rusty and reached out for help. Susan, the owner, responded to my contact form the day I submitted it and matched us with a trainer on her team. Amanda is an AMAZING professional: she came prepared, quickly assessed our pup's learning style, and communicated the techniques clearly to us. She gave us all the encouragement and structure possible for the full hour at each of the five private lessons. Our training goals for long term will require more lessons in the future, and Purely Positive offers classes and private lessons to help with any challenge. Thanks to Purely Positive, and especially Amanda, for a great foundation. I can't recommend Purely Positive enough, and we're already looking forward to Eloise's first group class experience.

We have a 7 month old lab mix puppy who needed leash walking and recall training. Susan immediately responded to my request and sent Amanda to us! Right from the beginning Theo responded to her positive, straight-forward techniques. Her understanding of dog behavior (and human behavior!) is excellent and we have found it so helpful when we are working with Theo on our own. She is very responsive to all our questions (via text and email) and I know we will definitely have Amanda back as Theo grows and we encounter new situations in his training and assimilation into our lives.
