Pups Dog Obedience Training

Two of my dogs have been through PUPS basic obedience and we have been very satisfied. As a lifelong dog owner of pretty high drive breeds (corgis and German shepherds) I had never sought out training before because I was confident and comfortable with these dog breeds. However this past summer we decided to get a dog breed that we had not have any personal experience with and that has quite the reputation… A Belgian Malinois. I’ve always considered myself a competent dog owner but wanted to make sure we did right by our Mal and enrolled her training immediately. I’m so glad we did. She’s a really good dog but I learned a lot about myself as a dog handler and was made aware of things that I had been previously doing with my dogs that may have been hindering our progress. This class will teach you how to effectively communicate with your dog and build a trusting relationship. I learned that dog training is just as much for the people as it is for the dogs.
