Javier and his team are nothing short of being miracle workers!! Before going to Proactive our 1 year old chocolate lab, Belle, lived her life in fear of strangers. We couldn't take her for a walk in the neighborhood, couldn't take her to the park, couldn't have people over, and she would bark viscously while backing up at anyone who walked by the house. As sweet and loving as she was with us, where she felt safe, she was a hot mess with anyone she didn't know. Fast forward 3 weeks, we now have a dog who has the tools to cope with that underlying fear (that she will always have), but that can now be managed appropriately. Learning the Place command has LITERALLY changed her life. She is doing great with strangers now because we finally understand better what she needs in order to feel safe and secure when introducing people into her life. The Proactive experience was amazing from beginning to end. I loved getting videos each day of her training sessions and progress. We also got to meet her at the park during training so we could watch, interact, and learn from the team, which was invaluable. I am not sure at this point who learned more, her or us, but we will be FOREVER grateful for the love, patience, and gift of confidence that they gave to Belle!!

I absolutely cannot say enough great things about the training. I’m not always the most “accountable” dog mom (letting my dog be a little hyper than usual). But even with my slip ups, my WallE has remained consistent. He listens now, without hesitation - always. I am literally at a loss for words at how well behaved he is. I can take him anywhere and never worry, ever. He doesn’t jump on people anymore, he doesn’t pull into he leash, he follows all commands, and he is still the most loving and cuddly dog. Thank you all for helping make my pup even more amazing!
