I cannot recommend Presentable K-9 enough! Andrea and her amazing team went truly above and beyond to care for my three large dogs when I dropped them off on Saturday morning. I trusted that they would be safe, happy, and well taken care of, but my experience exceeded all expectations. One of my dogs became sick the day after drop-off, and Andrea immediately called me to discuss the best course of action. She personally took my dog to the emergency vet, stayed with her, and kept me informed every step of the way. After 24 hours, my dog was able to return with Andrea, who ensured she ate and received her medication every eight hours. Andrea even took my dog home with her each night to monitor her health closely and provide additional care. When she noticed my dog wasn’t feeling better, Andrea took her to our vet for a follow-up appointment, where she secured additional medication to aid her recovery. This level of dedication and compassion is simply unmatched. While caring for my sick dog, Andrea and her team also ensured my other dogs were happy and healthy. When I picked them up, all three dogs were thriving—healthy, happy, and clearly well cared for. Andrea’s expertise, kindness, and genuine love for animals reassured me that my dogs were in the best hands possible. I am endlessly grateful for her and the team at Presentable K-9. They went above and beyond at every turn, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional care for their pets. Thank you for everything!
