Presentable K-9

Andrea was such a gift to us as first time puppy owners. She took 30 minutes on the phone with me asking question, giving advice and explaining options she had to offer with zero pressure to commit. We enrolled our Bernedoodle in her puppy preschool and learned some basic commands, tips on socializing him and a baseline that has set us up for success. He loved going to see Andrea and listened to her so easily. She is in the right field and has a gift of understanding animals.

We just wanted to share how grateful we are for everything Presentable K-9 has done for our puppy, Sunny. We are first time dog owners and were in over our heads. We opted for the board and puppy training with Andrea and the structure, consistency, and guidance she gave Sunny helped transform our day-to-day at home. We were struggling with all the usual new-puppy chaos and we feel so much more confident, and he’s become a happier, more balanced dog because of the foundation she helped us build. From the very first visit, he absolutely lit up walking through the doors — tail wagging, excited to see everyone, and completely comfortable being there. It’s such a relief as a dog parent to see that and when we need to board Sunny he RUNS into Andrea's building. Knowing he’s in a place he genuinely enjoys with people who understand his personality and reinforce his training gives us total peace of mind when we’re away. We brought our 5 month old Labrador retriever puppy for the two week board and train. He’s been home for a week and he’s doing great! They do all the ground work to give you the foundation so you can just go home and run with it. You have to utilize the training tools that they teach you of course like with anything. But the base is done for you. Worth every penny. The leash training alone. He is perfect on the leash. He learned sit, stay, come, down, and to remain in place on command. He is also much easier to Manage now and we know how to handle situations that come up. He came home happy and healthy also which is important. Would highly recommend.

Thank you Andrea! We were able to take Maple and Willow on their first road trip. We went to Shipshewana, restaurants, hotel, beach and stops along the way. We were complimented many times on how well our dogs were behaved. Even with all the commotion, the dogs walked well on their leads and followed commands. And we felt very comfortable knowing we had full control over the dogs. This is not a trip we would have taken before the board and train with you and your team. You have changed our world! Thank you.
