I’m a veterinarian practicing in NYC since 2010. I met Ettel in 2011 upon searching for a certified trainer to work with my behavior cases. The first few cases I sent her way showed marked behavioral improvement and I had happy clients, so she became my “go-to” referral. As a trainer, she is knowledgeable, flexible, intuitive, and exceeds expectations. It’s easy to work in tandem with her on difficult cases that need medications. Kayla is the best! I know that my pups are in good hands when she is around. She wants all pets to be happy, comfortable, and treated with respect. She is incredibly knowledgeable about pet body language and fear free training and wants to set you and your pup up for success. One of my dogs is slow to trust and needs someone understanding of that. After only a few visits Kayla is now someone my nervous girl is so excited to see!!
