Kathy was very professional and engaging. She seamlessly worked with Charlie, who she had met with a prior owner. Kathy gave me notes on the visit and emailed me additional information after the session. I highly recommend Polite Pooches for training.

Love, love love Kathy and her team (especially Sharon who also ran both of the classes we took with Kathy). Puppy class at 10 weeks and Basic Behavior at 6 months with my Cockapoo Noah- awesome structure to the classes, covered everything from skills to getting dogs comfortable with handling/basic grooming. Kathy makes the class fun and her staff give such specific and immediate feedback and suggestions for each individual dog to help them learn and improve from week to week. The classes helped Noah immensely with focus, responding to me, and socialization with people and other dogs. I frequently am complimented on his behavior when I am out with him. Kathy provides amazing follow up immediately after each session that targets new skills from that session as well as visual tools, videos and great resources so that you can continue to build the skills between the class sessions. She also takes and sends out pictures of each owner with their dog every few sessions so you have a series of pictures from training. I may go back when Noah is 1/1.5 for further classes- they offer a lot of variety!
