FirstBarkChad is a great guy! Samson had some gun shyness and Chad helped me out with him. He doesn't put pressure the dogs and he brings out there natural abilities, very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my dog to Chad he treats them like his own.

Whisky’s story… Went in at 5mo stayed for two months. Got gun conditioned. Which was my number one goal for Whisky’s first year. It made me really nervous spending a good amount of money on a hunting dog if he was gun shy. Showed some signs of being scared of loud noises as a puppy. Chad took over and did an amazing job on gun conditioning. Some other things that I really liked is that chads wife works for a vet clinic can give shots. Is in direct contact with my vet at home. They make summer camp really easy. Whisky will be back.

I have two Phillips Gun Dogs German Shorthaired Pointers. My female May is 9 years old and is running just like she did when she was 3. My male Marty is 4 years old and is not just a wonderful bird dog, but he is the life of the party. Both dogs are as much fun in the field as they are in our home. Both dogs came to us from Julie and Chad perfectly socialized and got along immediately with the other dogs I had. Over the years they have stayed with and hunted with many other dogs. I routinely hunt in Nebraska and North Dakota (we live in ND) for pheasants, huns, sharptails and prairie chickens. These dogs have adapted to life in ND very well after starting off life in CT. In 2025 I will be looking for another GSP and it will be from Phillips Gun Dogs. Both dogs are as much fun in the field as they are in our home. May on the left, Marty on the right.
Chad runs a great operation. Every time I brought my dog to him, he and his family took great care of her and really improved her performance in the field. I could not be more pleased with the services I paid for.
