I have been coming to this Petsmart for four years price matching my rabbits, treats on Amazon and all of a sudden the manager wants to tell me they’ve never price match with Amazon looked it up on the Internet showed him the price match with Amazon refused to sell me anything never coming back here again worst service I’ve ever had

We've taken our little dog to have her nails trimmed for 2 years and was very pleased, until this visit! The lady groomer didn't know my little dog was mine, because my husband dropped her off. And as I watched my little dog, she made a small growl as the lady was stretching her leg outward and twisting it to get under it to clip! She told my dog, you better not bite me, because I bite back which I thought was very mean! I won't be taking my dog back and I wish I had gotten her name!
I went to buy fish, after waiting over 30 minutes for an employee to get someone to help me, as I'm waiting I'm looking at all the fish tanks I see, more dead fish floating around then live ones, the tanks were clearly not taken care of, after finally getting someone to get me fish I buy 5, all of which die within the hour
