every time i try to make appointments for my 2 dogs for grooming .. they always taking forever and not even can’t make it they supposed to have costumer service .. if the rest of the people are busy it has to be more people to help you out i used to work for costumer service and i had to be nice with people .. hopefully they can be nicer with people because we are paying and is not free is not cheap is expensive ..

I scheduled a grooming for my dog. When I arrived I was not greeted by the two groomers, grooming the one dog that was there. After a while the groomer who was to do my dog spoke and asked me what I wanted. Then I said that I did want to have my dog groomed. She came at me with a metal comb and started snatching out my dog's hair. She was telling me that there was no way my dog could have a style. Also she was saying that my dog was matted. I was telling her my dog was not matted because I comb her out every night. Long story short she was telling me that the church would be nearly $400 before all was said and done. Also over 8 hours of grooming time. That is not what I was told before I arrived. The groomer named Joy, who was supposed to be grooming my dog was very rude to me and my dog. I feel she has no business dealing with people or pets.
