PuC has been such a major help in improving our dog Percy's life. When we first got Percy, he was extremely reactive towards strangers and other dogs. We turned to Savannah and the team at Pet-U-Cation to help us work on his reactivity and overall training. Almost 2 years later of weekly OSR, private lessons, and Sunday Wellness classes, Percy is a completely different dog. He is working hard to mind his manners and control his emotions around other dogs. He even went on a walk with another dog without any reactivity (photo evidence included). We still have a lot of work to do but we know PuC is going to help us get there. Savannah has always been so supportive of us on our journey and given us the tools we need to be good dog parents. Everyone at PuC, from the staff and volunteers to fellow clients, is so kind and wants nothing but the best for you and your dog. We can not say enough great things about PuC and highly recommend them to everyone.

UPDATE: I have changed my four star review to five. At first I have them four stars because it was challenging to get in, they are really booked, they didn't have a receptionist or waiting room and it was hard to get on the phone with them. That being said, I kept trying to get an appointment and I'm glad I did! It is worth the wait to get in! I have sending my puppy to their day camp only for 3 days and Im already noticing big improvement in this behavior! I know why they are so busy first hand, it's because there clients don't leave. They are genuinely invested in your dogs betterment. There is even a facebook group you join once you have your equation and are secluded for classes. There post are informative and give updates the progress certain dogs are making. Will they post a cute dog pic of your dog every day, no, but they post quality over quantity. They post a very detailed post about what our dog has been working on this week and videos of them training him. I look forward to working with them more in the future. OLD POST: Don'tt not except to talk on the phone with someone. There voice mail isn't even set up, they seem to only communicate threw email. If this isn't a problem for you, then carry on, they seem like a good company and are reasonable responsive with emails (takes about 24 hours to respond, they will email you if something goes wrong with your payment, just make sure to check your spam folder). Personally, I'm dyslexic so I prefer to business over the phone, but that's just me. They are booked pretty far out, so also don't expect to get an appointment right away. You will have to make an account on their website, it is very important that you fill out your dogs vaccinations records online before your appointment. They are small business that seems to get a lot of traffic. In my experience they won't talk to you about you're dogs problems over email before you get an evaluation. They seem to be really good at what they do, but they are busy. If you are looking for a appointment ASAP or for a little more "hand holding" or flexibility, maybe not the best fit.
