Pet Peeves Dog, Cat, Horse and Bird Training

We have a 1 1/2 year old Australian Cattle dog who is very smart but was very fearful of new people & dogs. Wendy Kelly came out to our home to meet with us & our dog, Mocha. It was clear from the beginning that Wendy has a true understanding of dogs, their behaviors, and the "why" behind these behaviors! Wendy was able to inform us why Mocha was acting the way she was, and offered a "train away" program where Mocha stayed with Wendy at Haines Road Animal Hospital for a week. During this time, Mocha trained daily 1x1 with Wendy. At the end of the program, Mocha came back to us a changed dog! And we are much more knowledgeable & armed with the tools to further her training. I would recommend Pet Peeves to anyone looking to see results in training their best friend!

Wendy Kelly is amazing! We sent our 5 year old male vizsla to boot camp as he was having a lot of issues with opening cabinets, getting into the trash and other items, and just generally not following commands. He came back with such a calmer demeanor, everyone in our whole family noticed this as well! His trash issue was resolved and he knew all of the commands (sit, down, stay, wait, come, heel and leave it). This was the best money spent for our hyper fur baby, and it was especially helpful because we have our 1 year old son to chase after now!

I Highly Recommend Wendy for dog training! She trained our Dog Griff and he was getting into trash and very hyper. Griff went through her 4 day program and came back much calmer. We can put a treat in front of him tell him to leave it and leave the room and come back and the treat was still there until we released him. Highly Recommend her she is one of only a handful of animal behaviorist in the country.
