Staff is amazing!!! They helped me out of a real jam when I was scammed by fake dog sitters from the Rover app. I will most definitely bring my husky back!

Since going to daycare at Performance Plus, I have seen such a positive difference in her demeanor and confidence. She runs to get in the door now whereas the first few days I had to carry her in. Everyone has been so kind and professional and I know that she is safe and happy while she’s there!
Avoid this place. The handler injured my dog while removing from cage. Claims dog caught a toe but the story later changed to pulled out of collar and slammed into cage. Avoid this place. The handler injured my dog while removing from cage. Claims dog caught a toe but the story later changed to pulled out of collar and slammed into cage. My dog tore her CCL and required 4000 dollar surgery to walk again. Management refuses to accept responsibility and reimburse me for the costs. Staff is either poorly trained or is mishandling the dogs. I will now need to retain a lawyer and take them to court to cover my loss. If you have reasonable expectations that your dog will be cared for…..this is not a place to bring your pet.
