I tried calling this place several times and have emailed to get information about starting an obedience class with no success. Then I received a call and the person said “What do you want” , I tried to remain civil as I explained my situation with my dog and needed to know what class to enroll in do to his training level. Where he fits needed a trainers approval and I had never been there. She rudely agreed with where I thought he she be and said pay my fee and the trainer would contact me when classes were to start as there is no listing on the website. That was over 4 months ago I enrolled my dog for a class I had no idea when it would start. At this point I want my $130 back and I will go somewhere else. Warning! They take your money and never let you go to a class!!! I had taken a new job and specifically asked for Monday nights off so I could drive over an hour for my dog. They don’t deserve my dog. Don’t trust your with them.

Bummed honestly; few years back I had a good experience taking my oldest dog to a treibball class. These guys popped into my head when I wanted to get my other dog into agility. Heard good things about their agility center. I first emailed them requesting info on the agility classes 16 days ago now. I didn't receive a response for over a week, so emailed again and did receive a reply that day. I responded to it within a couple of hours. Nothing. No reply. We tried calling - phone rang and rang and rang, never answered and no voicemail. I tried emailing AGAIN after over another week has passed and still no reply. It's wild to me how you can have someone trying so hard to give your business money, and all attempts go seemingly ignored. Sucks cause they're definitely the most affordable around here, but I guess we have no choice but to not go with them since they will just ignore potential clients for weeks at a time.
