Hollie at paws and claws is amazing. We took the puppy class there when we first got our lab/golden and she amazed us with accomplishing impossible tasks with dogs. We always caught ourselves saying, "yeah right" but then whatever she did worked. We have since gone back for one on one individual training sessions and now are in a 5 week intermediate group class. The prices are amazing compared to other service providers in the field. Only trouble we had was Hollie talks really fast! But if you stop her and clarify, don't be afraid to ask questions, review homework before you leave and write things down you'll be good! My pup loves her, we call her the cheese lady, she always greets the dogs and gives them cheese! Definitely give it a try here!

Awful customer service!! I called to inquire about services and different questions. I got bombarded by a woman that wouldn't allow me to talk, or explain my questions/situation. They have a temperament test they offer "for free" that she was attempting to talk me out of, even though that is the purpose of the test, to see how your dog handles a daycare type of situation. She spoke over me, in a condescending tone, the entire phone call. Completely rude!!! I could have spent a lot of money there, but now you will not get a cent. I don't know about their services, because I never got that far!! All I got was attitude and piss poor customer service from jump!!!

Our new puppy, Krush, just completed the puppy behavioral class this past Sunday. Hollie was extremely professional, informative and patient with the pups, as well as the pet-parents. She is extremely knowledgeable with dog training and makes sure to not only teach the skill to be learned, but also explains the reasoning behind it. I would highly recommend Paws N Claws to any pet owner, puppy or older dog!
