We are one. As trainers, groomers, daycare and boarding facilitators we have risen to this challenge out of a deep rooted desire to be better for our dog's and yours. Our passion is clear, work is play to us, we love what we do. Every one of our pack is right where we want to be, helping your pup be the best they can be and enjoy their time with us."

Terrible experience bringing my two dogs here! No check in process at all, including no proof of rabies vaccines! HUGE PROBLEM!!! Lobby smells like pee. Felt sick to my stomach after leaving my two dogs here for boarding/training for a week but tried to stay optimistic. Had very little updates during that week, except for when i texted for them. Upon picking my pups up the whole experience was chaotic and disappointing beyond believe. I was told my one dog did not get much training and the owner blamed this on her being "aggressive". She offered me to pay to have her trained in an aggressive training dog package of which she told me some nasty horrible things that my dog would be put through to be trained properly. THIS WAS NOT OK!!! My dog has been to multiple other kennels/daycares/groomers/etc and I have never been told this nor would they agree with this statement. My puppy whom I paid more to be trained learned 2 things from her out of the whole week and would not recall them once home. She lured him to work with treats and he had NO REAL training. Both training packages were a waste of money completely. On top of this i paid for their nails to be cut and my other dog to be brushed out. Both of these grooming packages were not done (SHE HAD A WHOLE WEEK), because "her groomer did not show up". My dogs cages came home looking bent and chewed up in places, almost as if my dogs were in there for lengthy amounts of time chewing to get out. The one cage had grass and dirt all over it because she said she had to spray it down outside because my dog got sick in it. BECAUSE SHE FED HER A BONE, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. She also had mentioned she fed my puppy HOTDOGS!!! Again without my permission!!!! I never signed for any contract to permit her supplementing my dogs diets with whatever she needed to "Train" my dogs. My dogs stunk so bad like they were outside in mud, and poop for weeks. No idea how its acceptable to send dogs home smelling so bad. My dogs were super frightened and fearful of me for 24 hours after bringing them home, fought each other, and overall seemed super sick! I felt awful for allowing them to stay here!!! TAKE- AWAYS: My dogs learned no sort of training, its a waste of money. Don't ask for grooming, you'll get an excuse why it's not done. The owner has poor responsiveness and will make you feel no sort of assurance. Overall, don't bother with her multitude of packages with low pricing she offers, its not worth it in any sense and will do more harm to your dogs mental state! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED BY THIS FACILITY!!!! The owner reply’s to divert the attention away from the horrible things in the post. She had called my dog aggressive and suggested an aggressive package of which she had stated... “a dog will sometimes whimper on its hind legs until it submits to her”. Not sure how that sounds acceptable to anymore, sounds like a horror experience to me... My dogs have since been going to a boarding facility with multiple other dogs at the same time and I haven’t been told once “my dog has a dominance issue”. I think it could have been a feared issue of the owner bringing out my dogs fight for her life instinct.

FRIENDLY UNTIL SHE ISN’T My girlfriend and I booked with Angie. She was was friendly in the beginning but pretty difficult to deal with. She asked for the full payment up front which no other facilities do (we discovered later) but she seemed nice so we trusted her. We set a noon appointment and when the day came we called all morning and she didn’t answer her phone until less than an hour before we had scheduled. When she answered, she didn’t know what time we had scheduled which was the final, of many other, small red flags for us. We decided to cancel and ask for a refund. This is where things really became difficult and much more apparent that she is unprofessional. She said we could have a refund. First it was 7-10 days to process a refund. Then, in the same conversation, it became 10-14 days. SPOILER ALERT! She never processed a return because we called PayPal and asked. As weeks and weeks passed, we had to call from 5 different numbers because she would ignore calls from the numbers she recognized. After battling with her for over a month, we finally won a claim from PayPal to get our money back. Maybe she is capable of good work. We never saw it but maybe. She does have some positive reviews. But if you are not giving her money or reminding her of what she scheduled, then you will be avoided at all costs. We were ignored, laughed at and hung up on. One of her locations has gone under. I can’t believe this one hasn’t yet..

Several weeks ago we arranged for a stay for our new puppy. When speaking with the owner, she encouraged us to sign up for puppy training as well on a separate week while we would be vacationing. We decided to do so, and paid for the weekend and the week (totaling close to $500). Before arriving for the weekend stay, we needed to change our time and called several times with no response. Finally, we received an answer some two days later and the lady explained that she had a staff member quit and apologized for not returning our call quickly. Once we arrived at the facility we were taken aback by the incredible smell of urine, scratch marks on the doors and the lack of professionalism from the owner. No shot records were asked for and no other information was requested. Reluctantly, we left our puppy. For the two days we were gone, I texted frequently asking how he was and she sent a couple of pictures and said he was doing great. I still had a bad feeling and we returned one day early to retrieve our puppy. Upon returning, she stated that she had to give him a new collar because he “chewed through his harness” (which should have been removed). She also stated that he cried for three or four hours straight and had “severe separation anxiety.” We were heartbroken and our puppy, Danish, seemed anxious for the next several days (before and since then he has had NO separation anxiety and is perfectly calm). We decided to cancel our vacation and to not return to this place out of fear for our puppy’s safety. I diplomatically informed the owner through text message several days before and requested our refund for the week. No answer. I texted again to ensure she had received the text and she responded that she had and that the refund would be back on our credit card in 7-10 days. That was June 9 and we are yet to see our refund of $350 plus tax. I have since texted multiple times, requesting a response to the issue and for the refund. I have informed her that we would take legal action, file a theft report, or other means if the money was not refunded as promised. She has not responded to ANY of my text messages!! We are livid!! This woman should not be in business and has stolen our money! She should not be able to care for animals or be trusted at all. All we want is our money returned and feel completely betrayed by this company! Do NOT take your pets to this company!! It is unsanitary, unsafe, and the owner can NOT be trusted!! The City of Beavercreek should not allow her business to remain open!!

Look they were cheap and got us in quickly, they were also super nice. However, they seemed new to groing and did a terrible job grooming our Golden doodle. We had to shave him ourselves afterward because they were I'll equipped to handle him. They cut his skin in a couple places and barely even trimmed him after a couple hours work.
