FirstBarkLise is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone! She is very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Her techniques are very effective. My pup LOVES her and she provides high quality treats when training! Best part is she goes to you and trains in your home. Very reasonably priced and worth every penny!

My husband and I learned so much from Lise and would highly recommend her training services! She has many years of experience, knowledge and understands what motivates a dog’s behavior. Lise has a way with dogs which was apparent as soon as she met our puppy Mazie. We are happy that we now have the tools and confidence to continue training Mazie as she grows!
Lise truly is the dog whisperer! She is organized, professional and thorough, using positive training methods and reinforcement. She arrived promptly with a written plan, along with recommendations for training aids. My dog loves Lise; her tail does not stop wagging when Lise is here! It is a privilege to recommend and share our experience working with Lise (Paws Afoot). Lise is kind, compassionate, caring, informative, patient, and attentive trainer. I say this as more than training our new puppy Abby, really, Lise is training us, the pet parents!! She listened to all of our concerns, comments, and questions. She offered insight, encouragement, recommendations, and affirmation!! She was extremely easy and pleasant to work with and we all learned from her!! It is easy to observe that Lise loves working with animals, and is quite gifted, dedicated, and detailed. Abby (our 4–5-month-old puppy) developed a quick bond and love for Lise. Abby could barely contain her excitement each week as our front door opened and we stood in the entry way to greet her sweet friend. Lise's had a welcoming approach as she patiently imparted her knowledge and experience!! We are grateful for what we learned and will continue to work with Abby using Lise's methods and handouts.
Lisa, who is the owner of Paws Afoot, is a very effective, patient, and professional dog trainer. She combines the best of practical, common sense and modern techniques to her training style.
