Patient Paws Positive Dog Training

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my puppy to Patient Paws and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment we walked in, Cindy was welcoming and clearly knowledgeable. Cindy is incredibly patient, professional, and skilled at teaching not only the dogs but also the owners! I learned so much about effective communication and positive reinforcement techniques. I had such an amazing experience, that this is my second time coming back. Cindy helped my dog and I a few years ago become a certified therapy dog! What impressed me the most was all the positive training methods that made my dog feel comfortable and eager to learn. My puppy loved coming to class each week! The classes were well-structured, and the group sizes were small enough that each dog received plenty of attention. If you are in need of a great dog training experience-look no further! Patient Paws is the place for you!

Cynthia was miserable and rude from the time we walked in. Her expression of disgust and disapproval was off putting immediately and instead of offering help, she offered criticism. Her questions about what we watched on her video is her training method and when responses weren’t to her liking, the disparaging comments came quickly. Unless you want abuse instead of help with teaching your pet, skip this one. Based on your response, it’s curious as I was in the same enclosure with my puppy Renny and you spoke directly to me. Never mind.
