Patient Paws Positive Dog Training

Cindy is an excellent trainer, she is kind and only wants what's best for your pup. She's very attentive to everyone in class and is also very understanding if you have to miss a session and will help you catch up on your next visit. She's also great at helping correct any missteps (with kindness) if you make a training mistake, because trust me it's easy to accidentally reward the wrong behaviors sometimes. It's clear she's experienced and knows what she's talking about every step of the way. This is positive reinforcement training only, no part of her program involves negative feedback for your dog. Cindy also goes the extra mile, she helped me out after class when our dog managed to Houdini herself right out of her harness and was running around in the dark street. She helped me wrangle her and get her safely back into my car. A godsend. I've never really been a "dog person" though I've owned dogs in the past and I really wish I would have taken our first dog to her as well. You get a lot out of her courses and I think they are very well priced. I highly recommend her if your pup needs some people skills or you just want to start off on the right foot with a new dog.

What a great experience. Cindy truly cares about every dog she trains. We absolutely enjoyed our puppy experience so much, we took the second series of adult training We both learned so much about our dog and how to improve his behavior. I would absolutely recommend Cindy and Positive paws. Every puppy/dog deserves to be trained. All dogs truly desire to please the owners, they just need to know what to expect.
