I am very passionate about my work, I find training dogs for families very rewarding and I guarantee my work as long as you work hard. All you need to do is come to class, be excited to learn, do your homework and ask questions when you have them! A little about me… I’ve professionally trained with and worked under 3 certified trainers while I lived in California, we worked with active duty Marines, Veterans, and Civilians and trained service dogs. Crystal was great at helping me to understand what behaviors to reinforce, and what not to. She was very professional and kind...and she even came from out of town for the session. Her care for her clients and attention to detail is quite obvious. Would recommend...just wish I lived closer so that we could be a part of her group sessions.
Crystal is very tentative and professional. Huxleigh and I are very thankful we found such a good trainer to help us accomplish our goals. We look forward to many more sessions with Crystal.

I came on here to warn other people of this trainer and noticed a trend - turns out I’m one of the many she will not give a refund to. We had a class scheduled for Thursday, July 2nd. Crystal wanted to reschedule because of the holiday, when I hadn’t heard back I assumed we were still on for classes. I was at the gas station before our scheduled class time and I saw her walking out of the gas station and getting into a vehicle with kayaks on it. A little frustrated because of the lack of communication and this being the 4th time our classes got rescheduled, I messaged her and nicely asked for a refund for the remaining two classes. She apologized and agreed to a refund. After a week, she tried to take back what she stated. She then re-agreed to a refund after I pointed out she already stated she would. Now, a month later, she will not return my messages and I still have no refund. On a different review she asked for the address and stated she would send a check - It has been a month and I’m still waiting for mine. DO NOT waste your money or time. I am so disappointed and sad for everyone else Crystal has scammed as well.
She has rescheduled with us twice now and wont give us our money back.
