Pack Leader Help is amazing! I highly recommend working with them. I worked with Julianne who provided me with so many helpful techniques and gave me a better understanding of some of the areas I've been working through with my dog that required a more nuanced approach. Julianne's calmness, patience, and ability to understand a dog and their mindset was inspiring to see. She was able to convey information in a way that was easy for me to understand and implement. I'm glad I was able to watch her work with my dog in addition to her coaching me through what I should be doing in certain situations. HIGHLY recommend working with Julianne, Brianna, and all of Pack Leader Help! I'm so grateful to have them as a continued resource for dog training in the future.

I'm pretty sure I tell people how life changing training with Julianne was for us on a weekly basis. We reached out to Pack Leader Help when we were at the end of our rope with our 9-month-old puppy. He is people and dog reactive and had gotten to the point that going outside with him was stressful for everyone involved. It felt like nothing could break the barking and lunging. On top of that, he was developing horrible separation anxiety when he was in his crate outside of naps or bedtime, and no matter what we tried we couldn’t get him to relax. We tried different training programs prior to working with Julianne and weren’t seeing any of our problems get addressed. We made more progress with Julianne in 2 sessions than we did with 10 sessions elsewhere. The first time we met her, our dog went into a full reaction. She calmly took it all in, talked to us about the problems we were having, and quickly pinpointed the causes to those issues. It was the first time someone saw our dog have a full episode and didn’t immediately become judgmental or being overly critical of us. She took the time and helped us work toward fixing those problems. She always gave us clear instructions on how to continue training on our own at home and answered any questions we had. After 4 sessions and maintaining his training on own for a month or so, we can now take him to the park and train without him having an explosive reaction the second a dog appears. He’s learned to relax on his own at home and outside, which is a far cry from the restless dog we were constantly trying to tire out. He went from a dog who would bark and cry non-stop if he was left in his crate for any amount of time to now spending at least 2-3 hours in his crate alone completely content without a sound. My only regret is not booking the first session sooner.

Julianne has been great helping us with our dog! Our dog is 8 years old, and we’ve done intermittent training through the years, with nothing really sticking. Julianne has helped us work through the issues on leash with a reactive dog, taught us to give boundaries at home that work for us, and has explained the reasoning behind everything that makes sense in showing us why it actually all works. We have one session left but already see such drastic improvement on leash and at home with calming down when she gets excited and won’t calm down. Thank you Julianne for all your help!

JULIANNE IS AMAZING!! She helped train ME to better understand my dog and learn to not take his behavior so personally. With her help we were able to work through my dogs food possessiveness, build trust, and train a dog that is not food motivated. She also helped me identify activities that would engage me and my dog to tire him out both mentally and physically, while understanding the space constraints of apartment life.
