If I could give 10 stars I would! First, the whole staff there is amazing, skilled, and communicative staff! Carlos from our consultation made us even more educated on our dog breed and gave us confidence in their abilities at OTCK9. We probably spent over a hour in there, and it only felt like minutes! When we came back to pick up our pup, he even remembered us and gave us the biggest smile and wave! Kelsi is an amazing trainer! She personally sent us videos since we aren’t on social media, but especially at the pick up is when we figured out we’d be coming back for as long as we can. Our 4.5 month old Doberman is full of fun energy and we knew we wanted to get her trained. We were SO surprised when we picked her up, she is so obedient and LOVES to learn!! Clearly they create a nice and fun learning environment, instead of negative training. It’s been so fun having our puppy home after this to continue her training and give her the most confidence with her commands, as well as ours. The owner, Darrell, actually sat in on our pick up training, and was smiling the whole time watching us get it right!! Amber was also incredible. We found out two days before we left that our puppy had a food intolerance. Amber went above and beyond with taking her to the vet herself, having the Dr. call me to explain, and even further cared for Mila (our pup) while sending us updates on her health. Amber has went above and beyond to take care of our fur baby, we’re forever grateful! Haven is so wonderful up at the front, and makes you feel so confident in leaving your fur baby with her. They even sent us home with our own “homework” to help keep her trained, as well as a timeline rubric to help fit it into your own schedule. All in all, this was worth every single penny. We’re so excited for the lifetime group walks to keep our pup on track, we’re going to the next one! I rarely write reviews, but this place is so deserving of one! I would refer anyone to use them!

Our sweet Finn started attending day school regularly in August. We’d used OTCK9 for day school a few times before. As a younger puppy, Finn had been super shy and nervous around other dogs— other daycares had turned him away for this reason but we really needed a solution due to our work schedules. We are so grateful that OTCK9 Academy agreed to work with him. In fact, his socialization skills have improved immensely and he has made so many friends! He now enjoys going to day school every week. We love that he comes home tired and played out after a long day of fun!

Everyone at OTCK9 has been amazing!! They are fantastic!!!🫶👏🙌 I came to their office in tears with no way of even walking my dog. He is super reactive and full of energy but I can say after his 2 week board and train with continued group training classes I am now able to take my dog on walks and enjoy time with him!! 🦮 😀 Thank you ALL very much!!!! Highly recommended 👌 and he enjoyes playing with his friends at their doggie day school too!!!🦮🐶🐕🐕‍🦺🐶🦮🐕🐕‍🦺🥰

Sometimes it isn't the dog that needs training but the owner. In my case, Aphrodite knows commands (previously taught) however; I didn't know how to communicate the commands effectively. Signing up for the "Train the Trainer" package has been one of my best decisions. Now, I can take her to the park, walk past strangers, and other dogs, and even go to stores without hesitation or concern of her being reactive. The entire team at OTC K9 have been so supportive and very experienced in providing training instructions and hands on skill building.

My dog needed some extra reinforcement and I met with Carlos for an appointment. I was so nervous to send my dog off for a week for training. She came back the best dog and now our neighbors even compliment how well behaved she is on walks. YAY! I try to take her to daycare a few times a month. When I picked her up last week, she didn't want to leave!!! She loves this place so much and as an overprotective dog mom I feel so comfortable sending her here. We LOVE OTC!!!
