On Command Dog Training

A few months have passed now since meeting with the owner. I had made a post on fb asking for help for my standard poodle with me induced separation anxiety. This place was amazing they sat down met my family and my dog gave us several pointers to take home. They listened to us fully they were happy to see what we were struggling with. I had originally reached out because I was afraid to leave my dog at home while I went into labor. I am 1 week away from my due date and its amazing to feel very little stress about leaving my dog at home. Huge thank you to OCDT for helping us get the tools we needed to enjoy our pup and be able to relax durring this stressful time.

My spouse and I met with the owner to obtain information about services he offers as well as obtain information about him, his staff, the facilities and most importantly how they treat and train the animals in their charge. It did not go as well as we hoped, when we arrived he was busy with a customer so we had the chance to see how the animals are kept. The outdoor kennels were appear to be the bare minimum if not illegal given the weather conditions. To board dogs in such kennels is cruel and dangerous. We are new to the area but not to Texas, we have worked with qualified trainers outside of the area but hoped to find someone closer to avoid the drive. After seeing how they keep the animals we will do the drive and pay more to get our new dogs trained.

Best dog training program in killeen hands down! So I sent my 9 month old European Doberman that goes by Chief to there 6 week training program. 1st off their staff was very polite, helpful and understanding of the list of problems I was trying to solve with this energetic pup. They kept me updated with the training and improvements week by week with Chief. I am still blown away on how much of an impacted their training had on Chief! It was an amazing experience especially seeing how much of a positive connection the staff have with the dogs their. They treated Chief like their own and I’m grateful for them!
