Ohana K9 Academy - Dog Training, Boarding & Dog Daycare

Our family decided to take our boxer Dexter to Ohana for the 4-week board and train program. We chose Ohana because of their training structure of weekly owner training sessions, unlimited follow up training, and alumni sessions. Each week, we loved the owner sessions and it gave us consistency and helped us stay on track while learning how to apply the tools Dexter worked on each week. One of my favorite parts was receiving the report cards with pictures and videos. It was so helpful to see his progress and understand exactly what to continue practicing at home. We feel so much more confident now handling situations with Dexter, especially when he’s on leash around other dogs. Ohana was such a positive and valuable experience that set us up for success!

Mochi a mini Golden Doodle. A puppy at the age of 76 became apparent real fast that this was more of a challenge I was really prepared for. I knew I needed help. We needed guidance and structure. From the moment Eliza answered the phone at Ohana K9 I knew I made the right decision. "6 weeks puppy training"...."Ohana" -family -thats the kind of attention Mochi and I received. I had rescued a puppy who was very sweet but very unmanageable and destructive and I was becoming so stressed out every day coming home from work to see what mess he made. Ohana was recommended to me by a co worker and I am so glad that I went through with the training, I have a different dog now. They have a different approach to traditional dog training but they communicate every step of the way and it genuinely works. I did a 6 week board and train and by the end of the 6 weeks my dog was off leash at public stores, which I never thought would be possible. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating and the constant communication was something that I really appreciated, there was never a time where I didn’t know what was going on. I truly can’t say enough good things about this facility and everyone in it, I highly recommend them.
