Off Leash K9 Training Rochester/Syracuse

We sent our beloved "covid puppy" Hudson for Board and Train with Chris. He needed help with basic manners to start with. It was a long two weeks missing him but we got daily updates from Chris with details, photos, videos, etc. We could tell he was not only being trained but loved. He is now perfectly behaved during meal times and is enjoyable to go on walks with - both on and off leash. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Chris and the rest of the crew never made us feel like bad dog owners and took a lot of time to train us (me and my children) on how to work with Hudson. We highly recommend Off Leask K9.

I WAS TOLD MY DOG IS UNTRAINABLE BY A REPUTABLE TRAINER IN ROCHESTER,B MINCHELLA. WELL, OUR TRAINER , MIKE WHEELER, AT K9 OFF LEASH SENT ME VIDEO ON 2ND DAY. HE HAD MY HYPER DOG CALM AND ALREADY IN "PLACE COMMAND" , MIKE SENT ME A VIDEO ON THAT 2ND DAY AND COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES, MY LOUIE WAS CALM AND LISTENING TO MIKE'S COMMANDS. HE SENT ME DAILY VIDEOS AND I WOULD SHOW FRIENDS, THEY COULD NOT BELIEVE IT WAS THE SAME DOG. WE PICKED LOUIE UP AFTER 2-WEEKS TRAINING AND MY DOG ACTUALLY LISTENED TO ME AND DID ALL THE COMMANDS HE WAS TRAINED TO DO.. YES IT IS EXPENSIVE, BUT WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY. MIKE , TRAINER, WAS SUPER NICE AND KEPT ME UPDATED DAILY. I COULD SEE HE AND LOUIE BONDED .HE SAID TO ME AT THE END OF MY TRAINING TO CALL HIM ANYTIME IF PROBLEMS OCCUR. 10 STARS TO MIKE WHEELER,DOG TRAINER.

We went here with a 3 yr old GSD. he's always been an obnoxious amounts of energy. From a puppy we worked with leash walking, and basic commands. He knew how to sit, stay, lay, come, bed, We took him to basic obedience classes mostly because we had to do that one first. However, working with the trainer was better than expected; because he already knew most commands we were able to round out the rough edges as you'd say. He would always sit but as soon as you turn your back he's get up. i can now walk away, run away, go around the corner and he will be in the position I set him in. He always walked pretty well on the leash but I can now have him walk right beside me with a loose leash, and we've been working on off leash even with distractions. Amber was wonderful to work with and was able to answer all the questions I had.

It has been 2 weeks since we picked up our one year old puppy Watson from his 2 week board and train with Carissa. I could tell right away she was very passionate about her job and had a great love of dogs. Carissa was a wonderful, knowledgeable trainer. She kept us up dated with messages, photos and videos throughout the 2 weeks. I couldn't believe the change in my dog when he came home from training. He learned all commands promised and we now have a well behaved dog. Thank you so much to Cassie and Off Leash K9 Training!

I couldn’t be happier with the services that Carissa provided to our pup Bentley. You could tell right away she had a passion for dogs and enjoys what she does. Carissa treated Bentley very well without any harsh tones or strict corrections, he took to her right away.. Carrissa is very knowledgeable and not only taught our pup, but gave us great instruction that we will be able to have and remember forever. She noticed the difference between my relationship with our dog and my husbands, she worked with both of us so that we could all be successful. I could reach out to her with any of my 100 + questions without hesitation, and her feedback was positive and prompt. People often comment on well behaved Bentley is and I would recommend this to everybody and anybody.
