Off Leash K9 Training, Richmond

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Rebekah and Austin training our 5-month-old lab puppy, Daphne. From the start they were kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, and they made us feel confident that Daphne was in the best hands possible. In addition to her weekly lessons, Daphne completed a 2-week board and train, and we were so impressed with how comfortable and happy she was throughout the entire process. Rebekah and Austin treated her like their own and kept us updated so we never had to worry. Knowing she felt safe, cared for, and was having fun made the experience completely stress-free for us. We loved the daily updates of photos and videos! The progress Daphne made in just two weeks was amazing, and she came home with better manners, improved focus, and a huge boost in confidence. We appreciated that they took the time to tailor everything to Daphne’s age and personality and also offered tips to help her adjust with her senior dachshund brother. They also did a great job teaching US how to maintain the training at home, explaining things clearly and patiently. Rebekah has followed up with us as well to make sure Daphne is still doing well and making progress! What really sets them apart is how much they genuinely care about both the dogs and their owners and our success. We are so grateful to Rebekah and Austin and couldn’t recommend them more to anyone considering dog training, especially a board and train for a young puppy. Daphne came home happier, more confident, and set up for long-term success.

Rebekah was an answered prayer. Our strong, smart, stubborn puppy became a “shared walk” instead of a strained leash or a dreaded, distracted BOLT after another critter or sound. Rebekah clearly cared about him and gently showed him good behavior. She literally “bridged the gap” as we now have pleasant time outside and he can finally stretch his legs! Her daily communication was thorough and thoughtful. We highly recommended “Off Leash” and the guidance of sweet Rebekah!

OMG! Off leash is completely AMAZING! My dog Sofi spent 2 weeks with Austin at 7 months old. She came back a new dog! Same personality but she is trained and listens to me. We can walk her anywhere and she will ignore other people and other animals. If you are on the fence about spending the money it is Absolutely worth it! You will have to continue working with them at home but Austin made it so easy! Sofi absolutely loves Austin! I received videos within the 2 weeks he had her and they were an incredible pair. This is the best place if you need help with your pet’s behavior and Austin is absolutely the best trainer and person. He is extremely knowledgeable and dogs love him. You can tell he loves what he does! We even keep in touch with Sofi’s progress and anything she needs more attention to. Definitely 5 stars from my husband and I. We would do it all over if we had to! We continue to be Amazed

Our entire experience with Off Leash K9 Richmond was incredible. From the first call, inquiring about their training programs to getting our dog back, the communication was top notch. Trainer Rebekah was a joy to work with. She sent daily messages/videos/pictures letting us know how our dog was progressing with training. She listened to our concerns, addressed those problems, and ensured our dog had the manners and confidence he needed to be his best self. She was also extremely patient when teaching us how to operate an e-collar. She ensured we were comfortable giving commands while using the e-collar when picking up our dog. I would 100% recommend Off Leash K9, it was worth the investment.
