I have been thinking about this review for 9 months now and I finally have the words to put it in perspective.
First off I want to say how sweet and nice Holly was to our dog. We had no issues with Holly, but I have an issue on how we have been mislead.
We contacted Off leash due to our reactive behavior of our dog while walking next to cars and her reactivity around people.
Off leash was able to help curb some of her behavior, but that ecollar significantly made it worse after some time. Those ecollars do hurt despite what they say and if you dont believe me turn it up to 40ish and put it on your neck.
The ecollar enhanced our dogs resentment towards cars and passerby people and dogs and caused us huge issues.
After talking with Holly multiple times she did come out after our dog's 2 week boarding for some additional training. Even Holly saw how bad she was reacting even while walking our dog. Holly reached out to her higher ups for additional training which was great, but only deepened the resentment our dog had that we paid 3k to help resolve. We asked per their lifetime guarantee to let her come back to Off leash for additional training/boarding with the "behavioral specialist" but they told us we would have to continue paying for their help. The only thing the could do was send the "behavioral specialist" over to our house which we did appreciate, but all he did was cause my dog to scream throughout our neighborhood for 2 hours as that ecollar caused her pain.
$3000 for training is pricey and that value has to be warranted. For those who are reading who have dogs with behavioral issues I implore you to seek training without the ecollars. It took us months to revert her training with the ecollar and she is actually doing better without it but it took our hardwork and not the help of off the leash.
It is obvious to have success with this company, but it is dependent on the issue with the dog.
Many trainers will suggest to stay away from ecollars for dogs with behavioral issues. These collars are shock collars that pass as a TENS unit and if youre okay with that, then that's what works for you.
I can safely say that I would not have spent the 3k if I could see how poorly the outcome would be.

We are so thankful for Off Leash & Devon!! We were overwhelmed by our crazy bad mannered Lab puppy. While we were on vacation our pup went to the board and train with Devon. We were worried about leaving her, but Devon eased our worries by updating us every day with pictures. When we got our pup back she will still the same goofy and fun pup we knew but with more house manners and obedience. Devon still checks in on her and answers any questions we have! She is the best and we could not recommend her more.

Aries was an energetic and rambunctious puppy prior to the program, and he came home so well mannered. At 7 months old now, Aries goes on hikes, runs, and through stores in town with me, and he does it all off leash! His manners at home are so much better as well. My wife and I really appreciated that Devon sent us videos, pictures, and updates of the training everyday that Aries was wither her. I would not hesitate to work with Devon and Off Leash K9 Training! Thank you so much!!!

Our awesome trainer, Amanda with Off Leash K9, has honestly changed our lives for the better!! Bella, our beautiful 8 month American Bully, was making our lives a living nightmare. Bella would not listen at all. She was way too rough with my wife, and we were terrified that she was going to hurt or possibly kill our 5 pound Yorkie, Baker. After much thought, we decided to do the 2 week Board and Train. WOW, best decision we have ever made!! Bella has been back home for about 10 days, and she is a totally different puppy. I absolutely cannot believe the magic that Amanda has worked on Bella!! Bella is now a part of our family and such a joy to have. I take Bella to Lowe's a couple times a week, and people always comment on how well behaved and smart she is. My beautiful wifey is no longer covered in bruises and scratches because Bella doesn't jump on her anymore. We also don't worry about Bella hurting Baker at all!! I was reluctant to do the 2 week training as it was a lot of money for our family, but I would do it again in a heartbeat!! A Big Thank You to Amanda the Miracle Worker. You are the BEST, and we are forever grateful ❤️

Two week board and train with Mark was awesome! Our beautiful German Shepherd Caesar came home ready to continue his training. We can actually have him around people now and the best part is he seems happier than ever with less anxiety! Highly recommend!
